1. Fresh Produce (Vegetables, Fruits, Greens, etc.)
Because our produce is perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, or missing items, please let us know within 4 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll issue either a replacement in your next delivery or a refund to your original payment method.
We want you to feel confident every time you order from us — so if something feels off, we’ll make it right.
2. Packaged Products / Non-Perishable Items
For items like oils, grains, snacks, or pantry essentials:
You can request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
We’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process based on your location.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled as the items are already sourced fresh for you.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, incomplete, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact our support team immediately.
We’ll investigate and make sure your concern is resolved at the earliest.
